About the church
Our History
The history of our church did not begin with one big event, but with small home gatherings, prayers and a desire to be together. God gradually brought people together, opened opportunities and directed each next step.
How it all began
In 2022, because of the war in Ukraine, many families from Ukraine and other countries of the Slavic world came to Dallas and its surroundings through the U4U program. At the same time, Slavic families who had moved here from other states several years earlier were already living around Dallas. Far from their homeland, people especially needed fellowship, support and spiritual unity.
Small Slavic home groups gradually began to form. People met in homes, prayed together, studied God's Word, spent time together and supported one another. Over time a desire arose to hold joint events, and so the first picnics and gatherings appeared, helping people get to know each other, grow closer and build a real community.
But the need for regular Sunday services and shared worship of God was felt more and more strongly. So, step by step, the vision was born of establishing a church that could become a spiritual home for Slavic families in the Dallas area.
The road to opening the church
God led us step by step
Small group meetings
Small group meetings continued and became an important foundation for the future church fellowship.
First meeting of the brothers
The first meeting of the brothers took place. This became an important step in the development of the future church ministry.
First joint Easter service
For the first time we celebrated Easter together at the church in Waxahachie. The celebration of Christ's Resurrection became a special time of unity and hope.
First church picnic
The first joint picnic took place. Such gatherings became a good tradition, helping to strengthen friendship and unity among the families.
Agreement signed
An agreement was signed that became an important milestone on the way to the official formation of the church community.
Second church picnic
Another joint picnic brought families together for fellowship, prayer and rest.
Official registration of the church
What began with small home groups and friendly gatherings began to take shape as an independent church community.
Harvest Festival
The Harvest Festival took place — a time of thanksgiving to God for His blessings, care and faithfulness.
First service in the new building
This day became a landmark event: the church received a place where it could gather regularly to worship God, pray, fellowship and serve.

A festive service was held dedicated to the official opening of the church.

Today we look back with gratitude and see how a church family has grown out of small home groups. We believe that all of this happened by God's mercy and for His glory.
Our church strives to be a place where people can come to know God, grow in faith, find support and unity, serve one another and together bring the Good News to the people around us.
With gratitude to God for the road we have traveled, we look to the future with faith, expecting what He will yet accomplish through our church.
